How it works:

  • Trime Vasastan:

    The entrance to the studio is located through Elixir Cuisine cafe. If you find the doors locked upon arrival, there’s no need to worry!

    Simply ring the bell, and your coach will promptly come to let you in.

    Trime Pop-up UNITY:

    Enter through the main lobby at UNITY. If you’re booking via Bruce, please check in at the reception desk upon arrival.

    From there, follow the Trime signs — your coach will meet you 10 minutes before class and guide you to the studio and changing rooms.

  • We open doors 15 minutes before the class officially begins and encourage you to arrive within this time frame so you have enough time to settle in and properly prepare for your workout.

  • Our coach will promptly check you in our system as soon as you arrive to the class — making the process quick, easy, and hassle-free for you.

  • Save the Trime booking page to your phone so you can quickly check the schedule and book classes — just like an app.

    iPhone (Safari)

    1. Open the booking page in Safari.

    2. Tap the Share icon.

    3. Select Add to Home Screen.

    4. Tap Add.

    Android (Chrome)

    1. Open the booking page in Chrome.

    2. Tap the three dots in the top right.

    3. Select Add to Home Screen.

    4. Tap Add.

    Now you can book your sessions in seconds directly from your home screen.

  • Bring appropriate workout clothing, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated and get the most out of your experience with us.

    Training shoes required — barefoot training is not permitted.

  • Trime Studio Vasastan:

    We’ve got 2 showers and changing rooms, as well as 1 toilet available inside the studio for your convenience. Feel free to leave your belongings safely inside the designated areas while you fully focus on and enjoy your workout session.

    Trime Pop-up UNITY:

    At UNITY, you’ll find two spacious changing rooms, each equipped with lockers, toilets and showers for your convenience.

  • All our classes are available in English, unless everyone in the class speaks Swedish and the coach is also a Swedish speaker. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered either way, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all participants.

  • Trime Studio Vasastan

    Please be mindful that the upper floor is shared with Elixir Cuisine café.

    • Changing rooms & showers are located downstairs in the studio.
    • No changing in restrooms or upper floor areas.
    • Shoes required — please avoid walking barefoot.
    • Please be considerate of café guests

    You’re always welcome to enjoy the café before or after your session.
