HITEX

FOCUS: Eccentric strength & HIT

BEST FOR: Those reaching for perfect balance between strength and cardio.

This high-energy hybrid training session combines heart-pounding HIIT with controlled, muscle-building strength using flywheel equipment.

You’ll move between intensity and precision, challenging both your engine and your strength in a way that feels powerful, efficient, and different.

Suitable for all fitness levels, with strength work targeting both the upper and/or lower body.

POWER UP

BEST FOR: Those who want to feel like going to gym with a coach.

These coach-led strength classes are designed to build muscle, improve control and create long-term progression through structured, purposeful programming.

We provide 3 different classes:

  • Full Body sessions for balanced, total-body strength

  • Lower Body focused classes targeting glutes and legs

  • Upper Body focused classes building strength through chest, back, shoulders and arms

Small groups allow for personal attention, technical guidance and progressive overload — so you’re not just training hard, but training properly.

HITEX: PWR

FOCUS: Strength progression

LEVEL: Intermediate

BEST FOR: Those that want more from their strength sessions.

HITEX: PWR combines controlled intensity with technical precision, allowing you to develop strength through purposeful, limited exercise selection. The eccentric overload from flywheel training enhances muscle control, resilience and long-term performance.

We offer:

  • Upper Body sessions focused on chest, back, shoulders and arms

  • Lower Body sessions targeting glutes, hamstrings and overall leg strength

HIT 45

FOCUS: Conditioning

Dive into 45 minutes of focused, high-intensity training designed to push your limits and elevate your endurance. This session blends conditioning, strength elements and controlled intensity to create a challenging yet structured workout. Expect dynamic intervals, purposeful movement and an energizing atmosphere that keeps you fully engaged from start to finish.

It’s designed to help you build stamina, improve performance and leave feeling accomplished — every time.

Strength starts from within.

CORE focuses on deep core activation, building strength through the abdominals, lower back and hips to improve stability, balance and posture. Through controlled, structured exercises, you create a strong foundation that supports both everyday movement and higher-intensity training.

A refined strength session designed for the everyday athlete.

Athletic Performance blends controlled strength training with explosive, functional movements to build real power and confident movement. The focus is on quality execution, strong technique, and intentional effort — not conditioning.

You’ll train to produce force, move efficiently, and feel stronger in the way you live and work every day.
