Key Training Policies – Trime Studio

These policies apply to all bookings and purchases at Trime Studio.

Booking

All classes must be booked in advance through the Trime booking system.

Cancellation

Group classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours before class start.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the class being deducted from your punch card or package.

Personal training sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Punch Cards and Class Packages

Punch cards:

  • are personal

  • cannot be shared unless explicitly allowed

  • must be used within the validity period

  • Not tied to any specific trainer

Unused sessions expire after the validity period.

Punch cards are non-refundable once activated, except where required by consumer law.

Bootcamps and Programs

Bootcamps are program-based services with fixed start and end dates.

Registrations are binding and generally non-refundable.

 The Studio reserves the right to change coaches if necessary.

Trainer Availability

Classes and programs are delivered by Trime coaches.

Specific trainers are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

The studio may change coaches or instructors when necessary.

Schedule Changes

Class schedules, instructors, and training formats may occasionally change.

Such adjustments do not normally constitute grounds for refunds.

Refunds

Except where required by law, purchases of:

  • memberships

  • punch cards

  • training packages

  • bootcamps

are non-refundable once activated.

The studio may offer refunds or credits at its discretion in exceptional cases.

Third-Party Bookings

If you book via Bruce or ClassPass, their terms apply.

Age Policy

  • Under 13: not allowed

  • 13–15: must train with guardian

  • 16–17: allowed with guardian consent

Health Responsibility

Customers participate in training voluntarily and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to exercise.

General terms and conditions for membership, bootcamps, PT sessions and other services at Trime Studio owned by Trime AB (Org. nr: 559190-2399 registered at Karlbergsvägen 44, 113 62 Stockholm), as well as terms for purchases viawww.trime.app.

The terms apply from 2026-03-20 and replace previous terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Customer” refers to any individual who purchases, books, or participates in services provided by Trime Studio.

1.2 “Member” refers specifically to a Customer with an active recurring membership.

1.3 “Participant” refers to any individual attending a class, session, or program.

1.4 “Third-Party Booking” refers to bookings made via external providers such as Bruce or ClassPass.

2. General

2.1 These general conditions apply to all services offered by the Studio.

2.2 Registration, booking, or payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2.3 These terms apply to both Customers purchasing directly and via third-party platforms, where applicable.

2.4 The Studio may update these terms when necessary. Customers will be informed of material changes at least 14 days in advance, unless required by law.

3. Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen)

3.1 Trime AB complies with the Distance Contracts Act.

3.2 Customers have a 14-day withdrawal right, provided the service has not been used or activated.

3.3 Refunds are issued within 14 days of valid withdrawal.

3.4 The withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Bootcamps

  • Events

  • Time-specific services

3.5 If a Customer requests that a service begins within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be reduced or lost.

4. Monthly Membership (Applies to Members only)

4.1 Memberships are billed monthly in advance.

4.2 Notice period is 1 month, unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Termination must be submitted via email.

4.4 Upgrades are allowed; binding periods remain unchanged.

4.5 Downgrades apply only to non-bound memberships.

4.6 Campaign pricing applies only during the campaign period.

5. Bootcamps

5.1 Bootcamps are paid in advance.

5.2 Registrations are binding and generally non-refundable.

5.3 Trainer clause

Bootcamps are program-based services. Participation does not guarantee a specific trainer, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Trainer changes do not constitute grounds for refund.

6. Personal Training

6.1 PT sessions are paid in advance.

6.2 Sessions must be used within validity period.

6.3 Cancellation requires 24 hours notice.

6.4 Late cancellations result in session loss.

6.5 PT packages are non-refundable once any session has been used.

7. Punch Cards and Class Packages

7.1 Punch cards grant access to a fixed number of sessions within a validity period.

7.2 Punch cards are personal unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Punch cards are non-refundable once activated, unless required by law.

7.4 Punch cards are not tied to any specific trainer, instructor, or class.

7.5 The Studio may change:

  • trainers

  • schedules

  • class formats

without this constituting a material change.

8. Validity of Services

8.1 All prepaid services must be used within the specified validity period.

8.2 Unused sessions expire after this period unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Bookings

9.1 Customers booking via Bruce, ClassPass or similar platforms are subject to both:

  • Trime’s terms

  • The third-party provider’s terms

9.2 In case of conflict, payment and refund rules of the third-party provider take precedence.

10. Customer Responsibility

10.1 Customers must follow Studio rules and staff instructions.

10.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to train.

10.3 Training is undertaken at the Customer’s own risk.

10.4 The Studio environment involves inherent physical risks.

10.5 Customers must behave respectfully toward staff and others.

10.6 AGE POLICY

  • Under 13: not permitted

  • 13–15: must train with guardian present

  • 16–17: allowed with guardian consent

10.7 The Studio may request proof of age or consent.

10.8 The Studio may photograph or film sessions. Customers may opt out.

10.9 The Studio is not responsible for personal belongings.

11. Studio Responsibility

11.1 The Studio is not liable for disruptions beyond its control.

11.2 The Studio is not responsible for injuries caused by Customer actions.

11.3 The Studio is not responsible for loss of belongings.

12. Changes to Services

12.1 The Studio may adjust:

  • schedules

  • trainers

  • pricing

  • services

12.2 Trainer changes, schedule changes, or class variations do not constitute material changes.

13. Material Changes

13.1 A material change means a significant reduction in core services, such as:

  • permanent closure

  • removal of main training offering

13.2 Only in such cases may a Member terminate early.

13.3 Customers must notify within 5 days.

14. Training Conditions

14.1 Customers must follow all instructions.

14.2 Access to specific classes is not guaranteed.

14.3 Temporary closures may occur.

14.4 No compensation is provided for such closures.

14.5 Doping is prohibited.

15. Fees and Payment

15.1 Payment is made in advance.

15.2 Customers must ensure valid payment methods.

15.3 Late payments may incur fees.

15.4 All services are non-refundable once used or activated.

15.5 Refunds or credits may be granted at the Studio’s discretion. Such decisions do not establish precedent.

16. Termination

Memberships may be terminated with one month notice after binding period.

17. Photography

Customers may not photograph others without consent.

18. Communication

Communication is primarily via email.

19. Personal Data

Handled according to GDPR.

20. Recurring Payments

Members consent to automatic charges.

21. Booking Rules

21.1 Booking required for all sessions.

21.2 Late cancellation or no-show results in session deduction.

22. Disputes

22.1 Disputes should be resolved through dialogue.

22.2 Customers may contact ARN. The Studio follows ARN recommendations.

23. Force Majeure

The Studio is not liable for events beyond its control.

24. Health Declaration

Customers confirm they participate voluntarily and are responsible for their physical condition.
