  • The entrance to the studio is located through Elixir Cuisine cafe. If you find the doors locked upon arrival, there’s no need to worry! Simply ring the bell, and your coach will promptly come to let you in.

  • We open doors 15 minutes before the class officially begins and encourage you to arrive within this time frame so you have enough time to settle in and properly prepare for your workout.

  • Our coach will promptly check you in our system as soon as you arrive to the class — making the process quick, easy, and hassle-free for you.

  • Bring appropriate workout clothing, comfortable shoes, and a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated and get the most out of your experience with us.

  • We’ve got 2 showers and changing rooms, as well as 1 toilet available inside the studio for your convenience. Feel free to leave your belongings safely inside the designated areas while you fully focus on and enjoy your workout session.

  • All our classes are available in English, unless everyone in the class speaks Swedish and the coach is also a Swedish speaker. Rest assured, we’ve got you covered either way, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all participants.
